Do it for cancer

Originally this project was costed as a re-skin but it in regards to the backend development, a lot of theme functions were throwing errors which were resolved by re-using what was running fine and rewriting functions if necessary to match with the latest PHP standard at the time of build. Furthermore, the web application was extended to provide a download kit library.
